Personal Biography:

Bill Weber, CR, CMRS is the Vice President of Four Star Cleaning and Restoration, Inc., a Disaster Kleenup International (DKI) Company. Mr. Weber is also the Vice President of Western Chapter of Disaster Kleenup International. He is one of only 420 people in the country to earn the Certified Restorer designation from the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). He also has earned the Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) designation from the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AmIAQ). Mr. Weber is a licensed general contractor in California and is an Industry Expert for the Contractors State License Board. Focusing as a visionary and a leader in remediation and mitigation of water damaged structures, he possesses extensive knowledge in the drying, assessing, remediating and repairing construction defect, smoke, fire and water damaged properties throughout Northern California. His firm has successfully completed hundreds of mold and sewage remediations and thousands of water damage losses for residential, commercial and industrial property owners and occupants. He is currently on the peer review committee for the IICRC S520 Industry Standard Procedure handbooks and is one of only a handful of remediation contractors who are Level I Thermographers. Mr. Weber has been a speaker for property management, facility management, city and county government, insurance, legal, environmental and peer seminars, presentations and workshops. He has also published articles related to water damaged properties and is a contributing author for the ATC National Training Program for Mold Remediation Technicians. He is also the recipient of a special recognition award from Disaster Kleenup International in 2002 for his Outstanding Contributions to the Educational Advancement of its Members.
